1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and q777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the q777 website located at https://q777.ws, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the q777 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the meaning of any clause, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and governing text.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with q777 and to use any of its services. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. q777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is determined that a user is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all balances will be frozen, and any winnings accrued will be void and forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may only maintain one active account on q777. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same name, different names, or through third-party proxies — is strictly prohibited. q777 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

q777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., confirmation of bKash or Nagad account registration).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure at q777's sole discretion.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions

q777 is operated for use by players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of q777 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. q777 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Users found to be accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions may have their accounts closed.

3 Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your q777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

q777 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from q777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

You agree to notify q777 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security breach. Until such notification is received, all activity on your account — whether authorised by you or not — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and you will remain responsible for it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. We also support select transactions via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank where applicable. All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. q777 reserves the right to alter minimum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though q777 reserves up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

q777 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, large single withdrawal requests, unusual withdrawal patterns, or where KYC documentation has not been completed. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. q777 strictly prohibits third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment account, it will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Transaction Fees

q777 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. These fees are outside q777's control and are the responsibility of the user.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, q777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived balances are not eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

q777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures;
• Placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform.

5.4 q777's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

q777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially disadvantage players who have already met qualifying conditions in good faith. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the platform or by email where contact details are available.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on q777 are governed by the specific rules applicable to that sport and market, as published in the q777 Sportsbook Rules document. In the event of any conflict between individual market rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules shall take precedence for that particular bet.

6.2 Bet Confirmation & Settlement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the q777 system and a reference number has been issued. Bets are settled in accordance with official results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL matches). q777 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results.

6.3 Errors & Mispriced Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed malfunction, q777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the user's account. q777 is under no obligation to honour bets placed at erroneous odds. Deliberate exploitation of pricing errors constitutes a prohibited activity under Section 7.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on q777 — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as RNG slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game studio and software provider. q777 acts as a distributor of these games and does not control the underlying game logic or RNG certification.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on q777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure;

• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider after placing bets;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the q777 platform — including but not limited to the q777 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, written content, software code, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of q777 or is used under licence from third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the q777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any q777 content without our prior written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

q777 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime and security, but accept no liability for losses resulting from technical outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

q777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at q777.ws/privacy-policy. By using q777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

q777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

q777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its players. 12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of q777 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your q777 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Section 4. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13.2 Closure by q777

q777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that q777 determines to be contrary to the interests of the platform or its users. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, q777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in that account.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. q777 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts, provided the balance is above zero. You will be notified prior to any fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 12 months may be permanently closed.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of online gaming agreements. In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of q777, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and aims to resolve disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

q777 maintains a formal complaints procedure. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a support-level resolution, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our designated complaints address at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". q777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final decision within 14 business days.
